Program Grant Application

Project, Program, and Initiative Requests

For applicants who are completing a proposal for a project or a program for operating funds, the FFF has you covered. We offer a simple and easy-to-follow process when applying for this option:

  • Problem and Need. Identify the problem to be addressed and the requirements that need to be met. Provide supporting data on how this project would provide a unique benefit to the community.
  • Program or Project Goal. Describe the program or project’s goals and overall impact.
  • Program or Project Design. After determining whether or not a project is new or in progress, describe its objectives, activities, strategies, staffing, partners, and timelines, and explain how its design will enable you to address the problem and its needs.
  • Sustainability. If possible, specify plans for financing the project at the grant’s termination. List other financing sources or strategies that you’re in the process of developing.
